On July 5th to 16th, FrieslandCampina Institute and Wageningen University and Research collaborated on an online Summer School on Dairy Nutrition and Health.
A total of 28 participants from 8 countries and with diverse backgrounds in education and work participated in the Summer School. They engaged with 27 experts in the field of dairy nutrition and health on a wide range of topics from farming, processing, nutrition to health. Insights on the past, current and future of dairy were discussed. Lively discussions on how to healthily and sustainably feed a growing population were held throughout the Summer School.
By the end of the day, both participants and presenters alike gained a deeper understanding of dairy nutrition and health.
