How do you prepare an athlete for a top performance?
Every athlete has a different goal. And for every athlete, achieving top performance has a different meaning. For some this is a 10 km run, for others participation in the Olympic Games. What corresponds is that the right preparation plays a crucial role in achieving this top performance.
What is involved in achieving a top performance? And what role is there for nutrition, mindset and environment? We will zoom in on that during this 3rd Sports & Nutrition conference.
