FrieslandCampina Institute wishes a hearty congratulations to the 4 winners of the Dairy Matrix Challenge!
The winners were selected based on several criteria such as scientific accuracy, relevance, originality and creativity. Among the ideas were the usage of audio visual tools such as pre-recorded animations and short plays for nutrition education, a novel food made of fermented milk product known as dangke, and promotion of dairy nutrition via education programmes for healthcare professionals.
The four talented professionals won sponsorships to the Online Summer School on Dairy Nutrition and Health, co-organized by FrieslandCampina Institute and Wageningen University and Research.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone else who took the time to participate in the challenge. Your ideas were well thought out and we hope to see you again at the next event!
